lies south of the village of Rousdon on the East Devon and West Dorset border

From the A3052, turn into the main drive through the stone-pillared gates and continue for half a mile until you reach the T-junction in front of the Mansion House. Turn right then immediately left. Drive down the ramp and under the archway which will bring you into a courtyard. There you will see the front door to West House.
