Charton Tree Cottage Garden Room is quietly situated on
the ground floor* with a private entrance for guests through double French
doors. There is direct access to the gardens where morning coffee and afternoon
tea can be taken.
*Please note that whilst the Garden Room is on ground level there are three shallow steps from the drive parking area.

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room together with
digital TV and DVD, radio and CD. The en-suite bathroom has an over the bath shower.

The Garden Room - £95 per room per night including breakfast.
Arrivals any time after 3.30 pm for complimentary tea and cakes.
Breakfast is served in the dining room up to 9.30 am.
Check out is usually around 11 am.
We accept cash, cheques and electronic bank-to-bank transfers.

We are just off the A3052 coast road. From Rousdon, travel towards Lyme Regis for a quarter mile and at Charton Cross turn right on a no through single track lane (opposite Trinity Hill). Follow the lane round to the right (marked public bridle way) and Charton Tree Cottage is the first house on the left opposite Charton farm. There are only four buildings, so we are not difficult to miss!
